Ok so is a brand new vehicle , the dealer should be coming to you to get this sorted out and supply you with a loan car if needed, if the dealer refuses contact the manufacturer directly,if anyone else where to work on the vehicle it would invalidate the vehicle's warrenty so contact the dealer you got the vehicle from

SOURCE: Buick Ignition Lock Stuck
you can try using some graphite on your key and see if this helps with your problem!! If the graphite doenst work then i would try usin a lil PB Blaster! other than those i would say you are going to have to replace the key ignition!!

Try pulling the wheel as far one direction as it will go in the locked position. Then while holding the wheel, turn the key. This has worked for me everytime (3x) I have experienced this.

The ignition key cylinder in a Buick
unlocks the ignition and allows the Buick's engine to start. The
cylinder contains a switch on the end of it (inside the cylinder) that
sends an electric signal to the starter motor. When the ignition key
cylinder fails, the Buick won't start. When this happens, you'll need a
new ignition cylinder. Purchase replacement cylinders from Buick.
