Can I take A 3 hours trip with my 04 Dodge Stratus my alignment off my back tires are leaning end will I get to my destination

I would not recommend it.
Not only would you wear the tires down unevenly, you would not have full contact with the road, and the tires could get overheated.

My rear tires are leaning in on my 2002 dodge stratus and I just replaced the rear struts and mounting plates

rear camber and toe is adjustable on your car; but first make sure that all bushings are intact, especially on the upper control arm, and that the ball joints are good. look for bent parts, although if you haven't been in an accident you probably don't have to worry about that.
