Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

SOURCE: Remove the steering wheel or airbag from a 2004 Volvo XC90?

You need a steering wheel puller. You may be able to rent this from your parts house. Disconnect the battery for no less than 1/2 hour before disconnecting the air bag or the air bag could deploy. Place air bag facing up or it could become a projectile if set off.

What could be causing my car to surge when I put it in reverse and sometimes in park?

Surging is usually associated with a fuel/air fault, or maybe a leak in the vacuum pipe.

However, I do believe that the XC90 may suffer from a transmission fault. Have a look on the following links:

How to replace volvo xc90 5t turbo O ring

It's not that hard. If you put the car on a lift or jackstands you can crawl under and see where the return line goes into the block. The leak will be obvious.
Get the seal and remove the line and roll on the new seal and put the pipe back into the hole after you clean it carefully.

That's really all there is to it.

Needing to replace the radiator and cannot figure out how to get the grille off. We can find the snaps on the top part but are unable to find any screws anywhere or what is holding the bottom part of the...

The grille should have Four screws on the top side (underneath the top of it.) Rotate the grill toward the front to release the clips. That should be all it takes to remove it.
