SOURCE: 2002 chrysler voyager heater fan

replace the heater resistor block. On my 2002 Voyger it was easy and part was apx. 17.00. drop the door of the glove box. Let hang and behind the box is the unit. Remove 2 ea, 8mm screws and unplug a 6 pin plug and a 2 pin plug. Replace unit install two screws and replug in connectors. Will take apx. 15 min. and will save you money and a trip to the shop. Good Luck, Bigfox

SOURCE: cooling fan switch/or sensor

The Coolant temp Sensor is located right under the top radiator hose (on the engine side), with a little black connector!, You might have to remove th etop hose to get to it with a deep socket and extension!.
Also Dont Forget to blled the coolant system by the bleeder valve uptop right near/above the coolant sensor!.(10MM Mini socket w/ extension IIRC!)

SOURCE: heater blower doesnt work on 2005 chrysler 300

Locate the fuse pannel and check for blown fuse...If fuse not blown - check fan control relay for proper operation - If thats not the problem check for voltage at the switch.

My 2002 chrysler 300 blower fan is stuck on high

Under the hood, in a plastic cover, you will find the relay/breaker center. The relay for blower motor high will be labeled, either next to the relay or under the cover. Your relay is stuck closed. Replace it.

I have a 1999 Chrysler 300 M. When I turn on the heater On the air is not hot Its a little warm but not hot like how it just to be what could be the problem

Sounds like your thermostat is stuck in the open position, which will prevent the coolant from reaching the proper temperature. A new thermostat should solve the problem.

Heater fan only works on high speed

usually when the blower motor gets old its starts to draw more current to run. which can pop fuses, burn out resistors and melt wires. also when you go to replace the resistor check the connector for signs of melting or burning you may end up having to replace that conector
