Have a 05 dodge 1500 the 4x4 switch an overhead console leds quit working an keeps blowing the fuse as soon as i put it in

Odd that your vehicle runs both systems on the same circuit and with only a 10 amp fuse. I'd try a 20 amp fuse to see if that works. Worth a shot, it shouldn't harm anything.

What does the egr have to do with the 4x4 system an is there a fuse or relay the problem is stuck in 4x4 with no limited slip at al

The EGR has nothing to do with the 4x4 system. The 4x4 is stuck because the transfer case motor is more than likely at fault. You can get these from www.rockauto.com for under 90.00.

Are there fuses for 4x4

There are fuses for the 4x4 system check your owners manual for a description and location of the fuses. There is a electrical solenoid actuator on the transfer case which engages the 4x4.

My 2006 f150 4x4 lariat has no power to the Ac compressor or the 4x4 solenoid

Fuse 11 is the common fuse to the 4x4 system & the AC.
for the AC it operates the AC clutch solenoid
for the 4x4 it powers the IWE ( Integrated Wheel Ends ) Solenoid.

Check Fuse #11 with a meter on both pins on the back while installed ( fuse is hot at all times )

S10 4x4 wont work

check the fuses supplying the front viscous-coupling system solenoids, there should be at least one fuse for this marked AWD or 4WD. Also the locking hubs or the front differential may be damaged from engaging 4x4 while moving.

If it is an auto then the fuse or box fluid levels are likely areas to check.

If the fuse is found to be intact, check the relays click when 4x4 is selected, and replace the necessary relay if it does not operate.

You will need the service manual for your car to locate and identify the correct electrical equipment for the 4x4 function.

You can check to see if there is a relay or maxi fuse in the engine compartment. The circuits/solenoids are known to go out alot in these in the fords.

Town car lincoln 2000

If you mean the car wont shift into gear at all, it might be a fuse. My fuse went out and I could not put it into gear.... I found a fuse in the cab fuse box blown. The fuse blew again so I replaced it with one slightly heavier and its been fine for years. Hope this helps.

Err message on heater panel

have you checked fuses? Sounds like the fuse controls the dash and the trans shif interlock. check both underhood fuse panel, and the in-cabin fuse panel.
