SOURCE: 06 ford freestyle can't find the oil plug

Usually on the right side of the engine oil pan. Not the transmission. It is always on the side where it can't get knocked off by railroad tracks or other road hazards. Hope this helps.

06 freestyle wrench light came on , reved up. Restarted and now doing finr

When the Wrench Light (MIL Lamp) is on, you
have a vehicle system malfunction & should be
checking for codes within a couple of days & have
any diagnoses & repairs completed soon afterword,
or you fall into the abuse catagory & could damage
your vehicle

Awd malfunction light is on. Took it to shop where they followed fords instructions and replaced the sensor that monitors the oil pump. 375 bucks and the light is still on. what else do they need to...

they will need to pull the AWD codes and diagnose the problem, it hard to say whats wrong without testing the system, this sounds like there guess and throwing parts at it, hate to say but maybe have the dealer diagnose the problem, there is a problem with the main wiring harness rubbing into wires on the ac line, have them check that out and make sure theres no damaged wiring, this is located on the right back side of engine compartment.the last thing i know is theres a reprograming needed on some of theses because of tranny shifting, good day

ACTION: Inspect windshield washer grommet from inside vehicle under dash and properly seat if out of position. Pull carpet back and reach under bulkhead pad to install. Removal of instrument panel is not required. (Figure 1)

Trouble code P2135, and P2106. Low power on acceleration, this issue comes and goes.

I have the same problem on my 06 explorer.
Ford Dealership told me i needed my "electronic throttle body assembly" replaced.
It would cost about $630.

I'm a little hesitant to let them do that service though, because it may not be the whole thing that needs replacing. I'd just look in to getting the Throttle Positioning Sensor replaced.. which would cost a lot less.
