check the connection on the wire at the front motor .also probe wire with a cheap dmm for voltage, and make sure motor has a good ground connection

Ford fiesta 2010 front wiper doesnt work but I hear a sound


Try checking the nut that holds the wiper arm to the spindle they do sometimes come loose.

My front or rear washer didn't work at all mk5 fiesta ford and when you go to press the back wiper for water the front comes on what's the problem


There's a positive wire which is loose from the machine it self so open the machine(
Rear)and link the one going inside it with the loose positive

Faulty switch, you need to get a replacement, happened to me on a ford fiesta some years ago, try eBay they a pretty cheap on there, hope this helps

Rear wiper motor earthing point


You have already solved your problem. Connect the two ground points with good flexible wire and tie it up with plastic ties so that it is out of the way and near a hinge so that there is minimal movement. The original scheme probably relied on conduction through the hinges for grounding.

2002 ford fiesta cigarette lighter not working. Required for sat nav can you suggest a solution?


First check the fuse for the lighter, if the fuse is ok then the wire has fallen off from the rear post of the lighter, it's a common problem just squeeze it with a pair of pliers and slide it back on, if it does not fix it go to a parts shop and buy a replacement and install it comes apart like opening a jar unscrew it counter clock wise and it will come off, it is 2 inches in length and has threads that long.
