Question about GMC C1500
We have rebuilt the transmission, new clutch new fly wheel and it still vibrates at 2200 rpm
This engine had a reputation for beating out the crank. What happens is the casting for the main bearing bolts will crack vertically, allowing the bolt to move slightly. The only way to tell is to remove the bolts and retorque them after you fill the bolt hole with oil. If it is cracked you will see oil being squeezed out.
If it were my truck, I'd slow down a little. High revs will just make it beat itself to death faster, diesel motors like to turn slow, not over 1900 RPM and start looking for a replacement.

Your dip stick tube is your fill tube for your transmission . Make sure your transmission oil is at opperating temp before servicing some instructions are written on the dip stick , Use a small funnel , Add a little at a time (cup). Use the proper fluid , check regularly

SOURCE: clutch vibrating
Two reasons for this. Rattling is usually faulty pressure plate which means clutch overhaul. Depending on which Focus some have a rubber mounted flywheel which dies and must be replaced. Either way its gearbox out and check. First check all gearbox and engine mounts, but it sounds more serious.

Was it lined up right as the trigger point for the sensor is important.Is the fly wheel fitted one position only that the bolt holes line up or will it fit no matter which position it bolts up Line up the flywheel trigger with the sensor after you have put the engine to Top Dead Centre.Put at tdc and see if the trigger and sensor are together.

Set the engine on #1 tdc and the small half moon cut out on the flywheel goes at 6 o'clock . The sensor is now set to read the crank angle .
This is for the manual gearbox ,if you got auto its at 12 o'clock.
