Road noise between 60km per hour and 90km per hour ,what could the problem be.?

We because i can not hear the noise you speak of i will try to make a list.
tires,the road, wheel bearings,brakes, rotors, bad idolaters, ball joints, sway bar, and because i can't check anything you can start there. If i said do you hear that noise? Could you tell me what it was?

and which engine option..
if 1996 and newer, and it USA, scan it. scan the PCM for errors.
you are in low orbit at 60m per hour, , I say call Houston... LOL

I bought am old toyota hilux ute 4door- speedo is 10km out so when you are doing 60km an hour the speedo reads 50km per hour, is there an adjustment on the rear of the instrument?

first u have to chk weather the cable coming from transmition it fitted well or not if it ok u have to change cable it self
