Why not scan the PCM ?
and post all DTC errors.
and all symptoms driving , idling , hot ,cold engine,, cruising and going up hills.
what engine size, V6 what size.
and THe CHECK engine bulb is only timing part of cars.
Only a real scan tool can tell you if all live and stored DTCs are clear not. post them as seen. all of them and get 100x better answers.

The air condition air flow smell bad (like a mold)

What smells like mold probably is mold. This is a common problem because of the moist environment of the air conditioning system. The solution is to turn the air conditioner on max and spray aerosol antibacterial spray into the high level air intake at the base of the windshield then shut down and let it work. You may have to do this quite often depending upon your environment. Obviously, you should not attempt to do this procedure while underway.

While car is idling it has a shake and the engine service soon light brinks

If all else is good, i.e. plugs, wires, coil pack, air filter, fuel filter, fuel pump, etc. You may have a vacuum leak....

It may sound silly but the truth is rubber grommets and hose's shrink and dry out over time and the harsh environment under the hood makes it worse. Check all vacuum lines and fittings attached to the intake manifold, valve covers(pcv valve), and be sure to check for a vacuum fitting on top of the intake just behind the throttle body. Does it fit tight in the hole? You can seal loose fittings with a high-temp RTV (Red) silicone sealant/adhesive. Several small leaks add up and your engine, heat/AC, and transmission will be all to glad to tell you about it.

Cutting out like no power some times put a fuel filter on did not help

You may want to check the air flow meter, if it is dirty that can cause that issue.
the air flow meter can get contanimated by inlet air environment and Wet air filter oil, the airflow meter is the sensor in the intake hose and is very fragile, it can be cleaned by airflow sensor cleaner or break clean and letting air dry. Try that, or take to local honda dealer, you never know if there is an update to the ECU and they know the vehicles very well.

Engine light came on .checked air filter, oil, water ,put new air filter but light still stays on

Check engine light for is a misnomer for owners. It is really the computer saying hook scanner to me soon so I can tell you my problem and then you can fix it. The problems concern the polution to the environment from your engine mandated from the government. hth
