SOURCE: Rear speakers in audi 1999 audi a4

You don't want to fit that - it's the factory amplifier for the rear speakers (the rears are amped, the fronts are not). You need to run new wires from the head unit back to the new rear speakers so that the speaker-level outputs from the new head unit are used to drive the new speakers.

SOURCE: hi my audi 1.9 tdi is losing power badley the

If somebody replaced the turbocharger with a new one, you must check up all command vacuum lines, the entire air intake system (air pressure pipes, intercooler, connections, EGR - throttle vane, ...), and also turbocharger and EGR command solenoid valves (three pieces). Could be also MAF sensor defective! Here you have the vacuum air pipes connection picture for Audi A4 1.9 TDI (AJM engine):

SOURCE: electric windows and central locking wont work

First check the battery voltage when the windows and door locks will not work (before driving) Will they function if you connect a battery charger? (Low battery voltage) This condition may be related to the security system (if installed) or poor electrical connection to the battery bus that is overcome when the alternator is charging.Be sure to check for 12V connection to the ECM and security Module (if installed)
You will probally need a schematic to check the wireing, Start with the 12v to the windows switches and discover where the power is missing. It will probally be common to the lock problem at some point.
Good Luck

SOURCE: Audi A6 3.0 tdi Quattro 2005, glow plug light comes on, limp mode

16619 -Engine boost condition - Limit not reached. Check intake hoses/ connections for leaks. Check Turbo charger waste gate regulating valve/ waste gate working correctly. Must move freely when accelerating, won't achieve full boost if waste gate sticking open. Check Turbo impeller turning freely, oil feed pipe for turbo can get blocked causing impeller to seize. Engine compact, not easy to access these components.

Sorry, Dealer only. I have seen this happen before in other cars. When the eeprom is erased, the only way to get it back is to reprogram the computer.

1993 audi 80 1.9 tdi cooling fans not connected

You won't know which until you check. Unlikely the wires. Fuse or sencer most likely. Check the large fuses first. If it is the fuse then check the wires as somthing the matter with them or the fan itself. Turn the fan with your hand (with engine turned off.) it should turn freely. If all this is ok then you need a senser.

I have a 2001 BMW 740i and everytime we install the main fuse and turn the key it blows. We looked for shorts or loose wires and found nothing.

Could be grounding out at the starter (bad starter solenoid) Unhook the POS. (large red wire) at the starter and try turning key, see if it blows again. If not, replace starter. I assume you have the battery polarity hooked up correctly? (Red cable to POS on battery, black cable to NEG) Other than that, I would keep looking for a dead short somewhere. Mike

Hi , Im looking for a handbook/ users manual for Audi A4 2005 2.0 tdi avant. Anyone know where I can download one? Thanks

You can look for Haynes Repair Manual for your car, they are mostly sold on any auto repair shops or auto zones, or order it online. I'm not sure if you can find any pdf format of it though. Hope this helps

How do you replase a starter in a 2500 C GMC?

Disconnect the negitive battery cable,#2remove the 4 bolts holding the flywheel inspection cover(10mm head)#3try to access the wires on the starter solenoid large wire should be a 13mm nut and small one should be 1/4" socket to fit the nut.If you can't get up to them thats ok we will get to them after lowering starter.Remove the 2 starter bolts (either a 9/16 or 15mm socket) DON'T let the starter drop it will tear your wires.Next remove the 2 nuts I said about before make sure you save the lock washers if your new starter doesn't have any also make sure you pay attention to how the wires are on the solenoid postion and correct stud or treminals. The large battery wire is keyed to go on one way only tab on terminal fits in slot on solenoid.if you get this off center you will crack solenoid and have to replace it .Reverse procedure to install.GOOD LUCK

How u remove the starter on a 01 vw jette tdi 1.9

remove battery and tray you can see the starter from there then there is a cover over the starter it is held on by a 13 mm nut will need small long extension and 1/4 inch ratchet for the one on the top there is also one on the bottom jack up car remove drivers side wheel and wheel well cover those are held in by t20 torx bits. should be able to see lower bolt on the starter. remove that 13 mm the bolts behind that are 16 mm bolts will need 1/2 in extension and strong arm to loosen these bolts be sure to unplug single wire connector on starter then remove ground cable on back of starter. remove both large bolts they are long. pull out then remove starter. reinstall in reverse good luck. be sure to put ground cable on last when reinstalling battery.
