Can you give anymore info than that? Is this for the 2002 dodge? What is being seen under the truck as far as leaking fluid? What is the problem with the truck?

The "pin" is not really a pin, it's a lever that goes against a cog wheel inside the tranny, so you have to pull it and disassemble it in order to get at the broken lever. Replacing the tranny with a good used one might be a better option.

It's worth a try, but it sounds like some internal transmission problems. Check the color of the fliud and see if there is a burnt smell to the fluid.

RUN it could be a bad tranny

Or have it checked by a pro tranny mechanic just in case it is only a sensor issue, i see a lot of neons with this problem.

Car stuck in gear

Is it an automatic or standard? If it's standard, check the shifter cable, automatic, I would do a fluid flush, change the tranny filter, and make sure the pan isn't bent. I know someone who had the same problem, they thought they needed a new tranny, but they just needed a new filter (cost a couple bucks at the auto parts store), and then they noticed the pan was bent, which wasn't allowing clearance for the larger gears to be engaged.

I smell anti-freeze and when i get in the truck the windshield fogs.

Sticky film on inside of windshield and smell of antifreeze is a sign of heater core leak. Make sure hose connections at firewall are not the culprit before you take more drastic measures.
