there should be a bleeder valve on the thermostat housing open bleeder until coolant comes out with no air and tighten top off coolant to mark on coolant jug

This system is controlled my the power control module. when you need it the system sets a ground to the system
you can run a ground to the blower motor and it should come on. but you will need to put some kind of switch on it to cut it off so it will not kill your battery or just replace the module.
