The relay box located at the front left of your engine compartment. It's to the left of your engine coolant reservoir and behind the windshield washer fluid reservoir.

Nissan doesn't use this switch, that is Ford and Mazda. They use a Fuel pump opening relay. See picture. it will be under the hood in most Nissan's

My 86 nissan sentra is starving for fuel and lugging out, on take off and when backing off the throttle at highway speeds, i am wanting to know where the fuel pump is and all the relays and fuses so i can...

I don't know what relays and fuses you want to check, but your 1988 Nissan Sentra is equipped with a mechanical fuel pump which is located on the rear of the engine under the intake manifold.
Your vehicle is also carbureted, not fuel-injected, so If I had your vehicle and it was lugging out on take-off, I would be looking at the accelerator pump in the carburetor, not the fuel pump.
It is SUPPOSED to be starved for fuel when backing off of the throttle.
Have you checked the fuel filter to see if it is clogged?
