Question about Subaru Forester
Turbos that are not boosting may be loosing the pressure from cracked/split intercooler, loose hose clips, split hoses and seized up variable vanes in the turbine side which the actuator tries to work when it gets vacuum from the actuator control module. Check that this hose is not cracked or broken off
