Major mechanical job, best advice i can give is get a good workshop manual for your vehicle as this will explain step by step . It would take me ,and others , hours to type the info you need here, you will also need some specialist tools , engine hoist etc, good luck and keep me posted if you wish

Yes. One for the timing belt, and one or 2 for the serpentine belts.

adjust the idling, if too low then it can't sustain the power needed to keep the engine running when it engages.

If you're sure that the system has been bled properly, then you probably have a problem inside the transmission. Could be a broken clutch fork or blown release bearing. Make sure you've checked the hydraulics first though, sometimes it is difficult to get all the air out and you may need to use a pressure bleeder. Most brake shops have these.

There is an access panel inbetween the back seat and trunk it is held on by 4 philips head screws..you must remove the back seat ..top and bottom to get complete access to the panel.There is no need to drop the fuel tank :)
