you have several options so do not feel screwed yet. first of all if you have the broken piece you can use clear epoxy and permanently glue it back together. Also, you can search on line or call a junk yard for the part you need.

you need to check all of the fuses and relays for what not working give these websites a try www.alldatadiy.com and www.autozone.com if all fails you need to stop by the Ford dealership in the parts department and they be able to print you off the pictures and diagrams you will need to repair them wish you the best of luck Michigan Man.

Hi chief632, I'm not sure what you call this, I have been told it's the Kick panel. It's found under the dash of the front passenger's dash. I had to disconnect each of them and reconnect them just to make sure there wasn't any loose parts. When I first took a quick check I thought everything was tight. Just for kicks I unplugged each of them, including the 8 pin one, I think it's C-219. I also checked for water leaking in...I am going out right now to check mine due to my heated seat not working...
