Either under the dash on the driver side or under the hood located under a plastic cover. The owners manual should show the location or all fuses/relays

SOURCE: fuse box location

I have a '99 Deville. Had the same problem. In the glove box, there are two toggles for Traction Control and Valet. Toggle the Valet one and try the remote on your key or the buttons in your dash.
For mine, someone had engaged the Valet to "ON" and locked out the remote trunk and fuel door.

SOURCE: 98 cadillac deville battery wont hold a charge

sounds like a 12V drain on the system, like a trunk or glove box light that won't shut off.> Could be many. many other reasons why. The way I would find the draining circuit would be to remove the neg cable of the battery. I then would connect a 12V test light between the neg battery TERMINAL and the neg battery CABLE. With a 12V drain the light will shine. I would install into the light a 9V battery powered recepticle to hold computer and radio station memory. Then I remove fuses 1 at a time, then reinstall, at the same time looking for the 12V light to go out. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: need directions to remove driver door interior panel 1997 deville

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls

SOURCE: Where is the fuse box located on a 2003 Cadillac

Hi, there are two fuse box locations. There is one under the hood and there is also one under the back seat next to the battery on the driver side. To get at the one under the back seat, grab under the front of the seat bottom and give a tug upward. Be careful though, the plug for the rear seat heat is attached to the seat bottom on the passenger side and the wires aren't very long.

All of my windows won't let up or down I have a 98 deville north star. I believe it is a fuse but I cant locate the fuse for the windows. Thanks in advance

could be a fuse, but I couldn't tell you where to find it on your vehicle, also check that the wiring has not come loose on the drivers window controls, if they work the way mine do and the drivers controls come loose all the controls will stop working.although this shouldn't happen I don't think it would hurt to check.
