Click the button on the end of the right hand column switch - it is a feature that you can set to tell you if you are exceeding a speed that you set. Pressing this button will rotate through overs[eed warning, Abverage mPG, current mpg, radio station etc.

Faulty Reading? Brake Fluid Level, ABS and tracking system warning light

If your hub (wheel bearing) is starting to go bad, the sensor can fault as well for the ABS (stabilitrack, etc) as it is all inside the hub assembly. Whatever the issue, once it is resolved, the light will go out. A scan should tell you which wheel is throwing you the code.
The instrument cluster can be taken out pretty easily (2 trim screws and 4 on cluster itself I think) and the bulbs are easy to put out and replace. My cluster was replaced under warranty for 1 burnt out bulb and got a reman that crapped out after a year now out of warranty.

Dashboard warning symbols

is normally the check engine light and can literally come on for millions of reasons if cars runs fine I would first check oil and antifreeze levels then if its still running fine dont worry about it in the shop we have people come in with lights on all the time and honestly most the time the light was never reset and there is not a problem.

Red warning light is staying on when I switch on and drive my 2001 Grand Vitara dashboard (!) - what do i do?

all the above.

i cant see lamp, why not use photos so we dont need to guess, 1000 warning lamps used.

varies by country too. what lamp logos look like.

what it is , who knows? right, lacking a photo.

the key switch tells the warning box when you remove the key.

that buzz left in is the warning, take key out now.

seem the key inserted switch is stuck but id have to see lamp.

so yes that is switch not a sensor, (but sure one could call a switch a sensor.) and sure wires can fail. and connectors.

sure its electric, is sure is not vacuum.

the warning box can worn head lights left on

or exiting car key left in ignition.

do not fool with the key switch on air bag cars or risk death or broken neck with AIR BAGS.

read the manual, see the 1000 warning there.

and the words, DEFEAT the bags using X procedures first.

do so.

What does the wrench warning light on my dashboard of my 2007 civic mean?

it usually means you are due for an oil change unless the last place that changed oil did not reset the light. Some Odometer displays will show you the oil life when you switch through the displays.

What do the warning lights on the 2004 VW Passat dashboard mean as they are a few flashing and I don't know what they mean?

Depending on which light is flashing will determine whats wrong, normally thee are three lights that flash one is yellow check engine light, when it flashes it means a misfire and catastrophic catalytic converter failure. Red oil light means your low on oil and if it does not have a gage you may have damaged the engine and then there is several others like air bag warning light this would be caused by a defective clock spring, or a malfunction in the computer system. Your best bet is call your local dealer and describe to them your problem and tell them what lights are flashing they can determine weather you should drive it or have it towed in for repairs. Remember FLASHING RED OR Yellow light means imminent failure of expensive engine parts.

When 206 goes over 40mph, the hard lights activate automatically, and have to be repeatedly stopped by the hazard light switch on the dashboard?

you need to get some one to plug in a diagnostic machine and check the bsi for faults if there are no faults present then need to check the configuration to see if it has the option overspeed warning been configured
