Question about 2006 Ford Explorer
There is no fuse box where the owners book says it is. Nothing below the instrument panel on the driver's side. There is one under the hood, but it does not have the fuse for the horn.

There is a fuse panel inside the vehicle. I gave you a picture os its location. I believe but don't hold me to it that you need to remove the bottom panel of the dash to see it but it is there. The fuse for the horn will be in the number 14 position and should be a 20 amp fuse (see diagram of fuse layout below). I hope this helps and good luck.
