Question about 2006 GMC Envoy
My fuel gauge needle stays on E and the fuel light stays on even though there's a full tank of gas. I've went to auto zone where they plugged my truck to a reader but no errors came up. we swithed the fuel relay but not help there either. wondering if the the problem is in the tank or maybe its something wrong on the dash. would it help adding some fuel cleaner to my tank? could it be the sending unit? please help, trying to avoid a costly repair.
Run tank dry remove and check sending unit!!if ok then you will know its an guage or wiring issue!! If it has a float maybe punctured or stuck in down position!! Good luck!!!
