Sounds like the starter is bad take it out and take to a local parts house that checks them for free (they must be removed from vehicle). I state that but when you charge the battery you are sure battery is good? You may think the battery is charged but still not providing 12-13 volts. A cheap tester/ohm meter will reveal how many volts at positive and negative terminals.

Have you made sure that the alternator is charging on the car? You should have at least 13 volts at the battery with the engine running.

2007 Saturn Aura xe battery light stays oniit has new battery alternator is good starter is good cables are tight

While the car is running, take a volt meter across the battery. It should read 13.5 to 15 volts dc. If it does not the alternator could be bad or a blown fuse.

That sounds an awful lot like the ECM is having trouble. Since the model year is nearly 7 years old, it is possible that the ECM is toast or that a wire or two has a corroded connection. Have a look at this information:

My 2007 saturn aura will not start. full battery, but arcs when key turned

if it arcs at the battery the terminal is either loose or dirty .clean terminal's till they are a silver colour and tighten.

Check fuel.Make sure you have fuel in tank first. Then check for fuel in injector line.If OK,check for spark from the coil.More than likely when the coil goes bad the car will crank but will not start
