Unless its the same model engine, probably not. But in the case it may have same mount location and same housing locations of attached components (air pump, alternator, transmission, etc) your looking at a headache with engine modifications that just aren't worth it.

I replaced the motor in my 1994 honda accord lx and it doesnt idle right between 1000 nd 2000 sounds like somebody tapping on the gas and letting off? what do I do? its not the timing, its no

An intake manifold leak could cause this, or a vacuum leak somewhere. Spray carb cleaner around the intake mounting. If you notice a difference in idle, the intake manifold gasket may be leaking. Idle control valve may be faulty? MAF sensor needs cleaning? Use a sensor-safe cleaner for that. Were any sensors or controls different on the two engines? Use the ones from your old engine, if any differences exist. Good luck.

I have a 1994 S-10 pickup, V-6, auto-trans, 2WD. Have worn out 2 sets of oem motor mounts. Is there a better motor mount to use?

I'd try using an aftermarket urethane mount (check Summit Racing).... Urethane mounts will put up with much more of a beating than do stock mounts. I'd also take a look at the trans mount. If the trans mount is bad, it will cause excessive movement that will kill the engine mounts rather quickly.
If using stock mounts, make sure there isn't any oil leaking on them. Oil will soften the rubber and cause it to fail as well.

Can you put the motor and 5 seed transmission from a 1993 acura integra into a 1994 honda prelude s

No, your car is set up for hydraulic transmission linkage and the Integra is a cable clutch. The mounting would also be a nightmare. The Integra's front motor mount is way different than the Accord and Prelude. Wiring harness would be another nightmare. Just find an Si, they are pretty cheap now.

When you start the car motor shake and when you put into gear the motor moves up and to the right

Your motor mounts are broken, at least one is.

Driving with a broken mount can really mess up other things in the motor and tranny, or worse cause an accident.
