Why does my 2000 volvo hesitates or cuts back when i accelerate is it a turbo problem

Could be Fuel Pump, Line garbage, Water in Gas, Filter, etc.

Temperature light and hesitation during acceleration.


You could have air in your coolant, causing this false reading. the hesitation could be related, if the air 'bubble' found its way to the coolant sensor.

CAR HESITATE ON ACCELERATION. COULD BE FAULTY TPS SENSOR.OR RESTRICTED FUEL FILTER.STOP UP FUEL INJECTORS.CLEAN FUEL INJECTORS.CHECK FOR AIR LEAK AT AIR INTAKE DUCT TO AIR FILTER HOUSING TO THROTTLE BODY.

Suspension System problems


clanging on rough roads\
Ck exhaust pipe securements and clearances from body. huge o rings are used to suspend exhast and sometimes break and fall off.. Good luck
vibrabration on uphill acceleration
chk motor mounts by holding brake and accelerating
Sway bars seldldom are a problem unless mounting bushings are worn resal bad

Fuel Delvery


you really need to test fuel pressure/did you replace filter under car/you should also replace fuel regulator on top frt of eng./but most likely the fuel pump has moved on the mounting bracket and allowing fuel to leak back into the tank (low pressure)

Acceleration


Chevron 91 octane with Techron works well.  I just did an 8000-mile cross country run with good results (responsiveness, acceleration, idle)
