First you need to check for spark at the spark plugs, if no spark work your way backwards, if you get spark then check for fuel. repost after you check those if you don't get it fixed.

Testimonial: "how do you check the coil"

  • kealen byrd May 09, 2014

to check the coil you need a resitance tester, best bet is to pick up a Chiltons manual on your car it will tell you so much on how to do all the things you need to do

I have a 2005 Honda Accord LX and I want to know how to test my fuses and for spark and fire with a Greenlee dm-20 multimeter and I also want to know how the wires going to the spark plugs go

spark and fire test..not with that greenlee. it has a internal fuse for 240 volts. your Honda Accord transform low-voltage (12 volts) electrical power to high-voltage (around 50,000 to 70,000 volts) and pass that onto the spark plugs.
you will smoke it and yourself.

2000 Honda CRV won't start, turns over, no spark

Do you have a spark at the coil? Try pulling off the cable, and with somebody inside to crank the engine, check to see if there is a spark jumping from the center high-voltage terminal. If you have no spark, you may have a bad coil or bad electronic ignition module.

2000 chevy blazer.....front window wipers in-op....tried changing the fuse but still wont work

The wiper motor could be bad...the only wat to know is to check for voltage at the wiper motor. If the fuse is good and you have 12VDC to the motor...then the motor is bad. If you don't see voltage at the motor, I would suspect a bad wiper motor switch.

Good Luck,
Mike...
