Should be a hose going to the air filter and back to the valve cover. Near or at valve cover end is the valve.

if cranks, sounds like weak fuel pump...toggle key switch on and off several times to see if pressure builds up gradually...weak fuel pump will leak off quickly also.

They usually run into the valve cover, has a larger hose that goes to it. sorry i don't have a diagram, but i hope this helps.

Well put new battery in it. car has nbeen sitting for a year but was running when parked. it turns over good but it just spudders trying to start but wont 1987 toyota celica
clean out the intake and run a good fuel system cleaner through it. Giver some gas about 2000 rpm for 5 minutes.
