Question about 1997 Ford Escort
Both stop lights stay on even when car is off - removed fuse, they go out, reinstall new fuse both staying on continuously
Check the drake switch. it may be bad or out of adjustment. Or the peddle may not be coming up to the normal position with your foot off of it. If that is the case then you need to check brake fluid level and the condition of the vacuum assist and then check the brakes themselves that they are not wore to thin. There are many variables. If you are not good with mechanical repairs then please take it to a mechanic. Good brakes saves lives. I hope this is helpful. let me know how it works out. Please give feedback
