SOURCE: bmw 335i will not start

You need fuel, air, and fire to start a car. You need to make sure the engine is getting gas. Make sure the fuel pump works. Check the pump fuses/relays, and reset if equipped. If the engine is getting gas, check the timing belt.chain. Check your spark plugs/coils, coil pack, distributor, dist.cap, cam sensor, roter, cranks sensor. It could be anyone of these. That is why it is important to check for fire and fuel. Cancel out what works and narrow the choices. If you have any questions, just let me know.

SOURCE: 335i bmw will not start

Could be quite a few things. If you have had to replace your car's battery or your key fob battery, you may have lost the sync between the key and the ignition
You can relearn or reprogram your key following the steps:
1. Get in your vehicle and shut the doors. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "ON" position (without cranking). Hold it for two seconds, then turn the ignition off and remove the key.
2. Hold down the unlock button and quickly press the lock button three times.
3. Release the unlock button. The door locks will flash, signaling that the programming is complete.
4. Place the key in the ignition and toggle between "ON" and "OFF" to finalize.
NOTE: Please make sure this is completed quickly in order to for it to take effect!
If the above does not seem to work, please let me know if your key Rounded or Diamond shaped?

SOURCE: bmw door lockremote wont lock/unlock doors and key wont fit doors to turn only

Key wont fit the door? Then the key you have is not the key for that car. Hence the remote will not unlock the car.

Is your oil level or radiator coolant level low? It sounds like the engine is going into "Limp Home" mode to save the engine.

Bmw drivers door only wont lock/unlock with key fob

Could be your driver door lock mechanism that is going bad , since the other door are working, it cannot be the fob. I would try to change the driver side door latch mechanism.

The best way to know for certain what kind of oil to use in your BMW is to check the driver's manual that came with the car.

How do i check the oil in my 2008 335xi?

On the upper left stalk next to the steering wheel, push the flipper up (or down) until "OIL" shows up in the display. Then press the BC button on the end of the same stalk. The oil level should be displayed.
I believe this model has no dipstick (my 2008 335i does not) so this is the only way to do it short of draining the oil and measuring it.

My 335i....actually a 2008 warning indicator gone haywire

There is an issue with the rear tail lamp bulb holders. BMW knows about this problem and released an updated part. Basically the bulb is not held tight enough, and occasinally loses contact with the holder. Your car should still be under warranty and any local BMW dealer should have the parts in stock.
