look in the front wheel well there will be a round hatch to take off.. u might have to turn ur front tire hard over or take it off

The two problems are more than likely related. Solve the voltage problem and the blower problem will disappear. Check for a slipping belt or an intermittent internal problem with the alternator. There could also be a wiring issue.

Code 50 is for the heater circuit in the O2 sensor for bank 2 sensor one. That is the sensor on the side with cylinder 2 and in front of the catalytic converter. Could be a faulty sensor or the circuit for the heater in the sensor.
