You will find it under drivers side dash, just above parking brake pedal, remove cover and look for P/seat fuse.

Did you ever find this? There is nothing labeled p/seat. Both of my seats do not work.

No Parts for the seat !

Have you been to the dealers
parts counter?

If that was even true, you can get the parts out
of a salvage yard seat

I think your getting abused at the dealer, if that
was where you were told that

How do I replace a 2007 Toyota Avalon drivers side power seat switch w/o memory seat?

First of all, air bag sensors are not under the seats, so don't worry. Next, the switch working at certain times means that perhaps you do not have to replace it. The cold switch contacts are slightly corroded from moisture condensing on them. When the car warms up, the contacts are "clean" and make good electric contact. Choose: live with a little inconvenience or start messing with the switch to clean off the electrical contacts inside with electrical contact cleaner which requires removing the switch and opening up its insides.

Front seat not moving front to back for Toyota Avalon 1997

If it is power seat electric motor is faulty. For mechanical you need to spray the rails under the seat. There is the grease at any autostore or Walmart for unscrewing rusty bolts. It will be helpfull. After you do thet push seat forward and back afterwards.
It will go
Good Luck
