It's very hard to diagnose a issue such as this with this little info, I would suggest checking the fuel pressure to make sure fuel pump and system is working as it should. You'll need a fuel pressure gauge/tester to check it and it has a check valve on the fuel rail. Also, scan the PCM to see what codes may be stored and start from there. Hope this helps.

Filling it up with 92 octane will not help you so save your money to get other cool **** . If you want to put higher grade gas to the 89 ,but 87 will do the trick. Have you checked your pcv valve and hoses you might have a vaccum leak.

Best do a fuel pressure test. Should have chg. fuel filter from the get go. The only other filter is on the end of the fuel pump in tank. Bad gas and dirty gas will plug up fuel filter, hense burn pump up.

SOURCE: vehicle hakes when driving 45 to 50 miles per hour

Check wheel balance,
check steering linkages for loosness - such as tie rod ends, steering rack linkages etc,
check driveline for worn/loose joints and bearings.

The car is a 2002 and has 190k miles it seems to be machine gun ******* per say when i try to accelerate almost as though the gas is not getting where it has to go to accelerate. However it gets a little...

Have you at all put in your gas tank injector cleaner first because injector cleaner helps in unclogging the inputs of the injectors. The 87 octane lead gasoline has impurities that will clog your injectors so you have to periodically put the injector cleaner in the gas tank. If the injectors are only injecting like 50 percent and not the 100 percent would cause this problem so start by putting this into tank one bottle of injector cleaner.

Turns over but will not start takes about a hour to start have to spray carbirator cleaner into the breather and have to pull the fuel pump relay out

Dirty injectors. Fill your tank with fuel and add some injector cleaner to it. Drive it about 50 miles, and you should notice the diffrence in performance. It should start easyer to. If that does not fix it change your fuel filter, Air cleaner and plugs.

Hi, I have a 2006 Altima with 31,500 miles. Recently, the engine start shaking when car is Idle but I still feel the shake when driving or at red lights. My second problem is a weird loud (humming) noise...

You don't need to change the spark plugs since it has only 31.5 K. The plugs should last 60K. There is a an adjustment at the gas cable end at engine to increase the idle a little bit. You can increase rpm at idle to 600 RPM. Since your RPM at idle is low that why it is shaking at idle, red lights. Let me know it it is shaking at high speed ( 2500 RPM)

Ck your exhaust pipe at rear of car noting any obnoxious smell like rottrn eggs. Hold a piece of paper, I use a dollar bill ,in in front of the exhaust. If it blows the paper gently, you have a catalyctic converter going or is bad. Will need replace if so.
