if it does it when the a/c is on than its moisture/condensation from evaporator ---if it comes out of exhaust moisture from air being condensed and being pushed out by exhaust dont confuse with steam if steam white cloud which could mean engine /head gasket problems

When I start my car smoke comes out of tail pipe for a few seconds water all so coming out

Water and vapor (steam) coming from the tail pipe is normal and will stop after a few miles when everything is hot. That is one of the reasons exhausts need replacing as they rot with rust and is more evident on cars that only do low mileage as the exhaust does not get hot enough to boil off the water and it sits in the pipe slowly rusting it away. What you see as smoke is probably steam and is more evident on cold mornings. If the car is not using oil then I wouldn't worry.

Water coming from exhaust of my 1994 isuzu trooper why

Water out of an exhaust pipe is usually just hot gasses condensing on the surfaces of cooler metal exhaust pipes, and is normal. White steam or "smoke" however is in indication of coolant entering the combustion chamber and boiling off during ignition. It is superheated water vapor (more than 212 degrees) and turns to visible steam as it cools when leaving the exhaust pipe. This is the result of a cracked engine block or gasket and can be an expensive fix. Check and monitor your coolant level if unsure of the cause. Also check for milky colored oil on the dipstick - this is a sign of coolant entering the crankcase - also not good!

Water dripping out exhaust pipe and engine smoking white smoke

have a compression test as it may be a cracked head. Remember that in cold weather there is steam and condensation coming from the exhaust pipe that is formed from the normal combustion process.

Water is steaming from the exhaust while engine is running

Water coming from a exhaust is normal. The newer the car, the more emission control it has at protecting the environment and the more water you will see.

Remember that the combustion of hydrocarbon fuel produces both carbon dioxide AND water vapor as a normal part of the process. All gasoline engines produce water vapor and all water vapor condenses if the exhaust pipe is cool.

My car started smelling funny...pulled over lifted hood and it was steaming...white smoke came from under hood and tail pipe, car would not start again. Some say it may be a head gasket? How would I know?

You can tell by looking at dip stick if the oil has a creamy white substance there is antifreeze getting in oil (blown head gasket) or if ther is excessive white smoke coming from exhaust pipe upon acceleration. steam from under hood may be a coolant leak from a rubber hose or it may be leaking from the cylinder head onto the exhaust manifold also the car will be using up antifreeze.

Brown goo coming from exhaust pipe on a ford

I would think that the brown goo is most likely to be caused byworn piston rings or valve seals which are allowing unburnt oil to be expelled into the exhaust system. The other thought is that it may be a coolant leak such as a head gasket problem which is allowing steam or water into the engine and then exhaust.

Smoking

Are you loosing coolant? If you are, you may have a leaking head gasket. Coolant will leak into the cylinder and is turned to steam as the engine is running and comes out the exhaust as steam.
