Why is my power steering reservoir loosing fluid, what would cause the fluid to be "foamy" on top, and what should I use to fill it with?

spray down pump and hoses with degreaser and wash off. After its dry, use recomended fluid to fill. Start engine and turn steering wheel all the way left, and all the way right a couple of times. This will blead the air from the system. Now shut off and check fluid. Make sure it is full. Now drive the car down the road and make turns, and drive it back and check fluid level. If its still foamy and not leaking fluid, your pump ma be bad.

1992 toyota 22re fluids out and puts out a lot of fume out the exhast

Floods out.Multiple causes. How does it run when warmed up?Still stink?
Check injectors: Run the engine up to 3,000 RPM and turn off the key, while flooring the gas pedal. If engine still runs, the injector(s) are stuck open.
Also check for a vacuum leak-that will cause the engine to run very rich.
Also may be an open circuit in the temp sensor(computer side). The engine may think it's very cold and richen up the mixture.

Where to spray starting fluid in 1987 Toyota pickup with 22RE EFI engine?

THE FLUID NEEDS TO GO INTO THE INLET MANIFOLD/ CARBURETOR, THIS IS AT THE EXIT FROM THE AIR FILTER. IF YOU CAN DISCONNECT THE AIR FILTER, TAKE IT OUT OF THE WAY, AND IT SHOULD GIVE YOU ACCESS TO THE INLET MANIFOLD/ CARBURETOR. SPRAY INTO THIS.aS YOU DO THIS THE ACCELERATOR NEEDS TO BE PRESED TO OPEN THE VALVE/BUTTERFLY.

I have a 1996 chevy pickup that won't start. Fuel

Have you sprayed fuel/starting fluid into the engine to see if it starts? You can have fuel pressure but no injector fuel delivery, we call this "pulse"

1992 toyota pickup wants to start, but won't unless flamable fluid is sprayed into manifold and will stop when spray is stopped. No voltage was detected at injectors. Can they be jumped to verify that is...

Go to the basic first, for the injector to fire the EFI fuse has to not be opened, injector will have +B on one side and a ground signal from ECM. You dont need to jump it,you need to verify power, then verify signal. check for power first, then check for signal. If there is no power youll trouble shoot from there, then you ll need to check for signal, the signal is generated in the disributor this is called a pick up. First the power the power is from the ignition switch to the igition coil, because you have spark there is no reson to check for power. What gets me is you have spark but no injectors ,your basically need to trouble shoot a open wire condition
