This is a selector problem. Check the selection starting from the gear lever going down. It might be inside the box itself if a dowel to the 5/r selector shaft has fallen off.

SOURCE: my ford focus tdi 2003 cant select 1st,3rd or 5th gears.

Car is in limp in mode unless you have the tools to work on automatic transmission you will need to take it to a transmission shop. Of course you can check oil level but I suspect you have other issues.

Where do I find the turn signal relay?

Not sure about your make but most makes the relays are up under the dash not far from the steering post. Close to the top.
If it will click you can hear it and feel for it from below if there is space to get there.

Hi i brought a scorpio 2010 model i like very much but had a major problem when i drive after 60-70 km then gear slipping in 5th gear & coming to neutral, ...what is solution please tell me i told...

This vehicle should still be under the Manufacturer Warranty for Time and Mileage,. Review your Owner Manual and Handbook for Warranty Limits, based on the present Odometer reading, and the Date of Original Registration.
Should the Warranty period cover your fault[s] then the nearest Dealership will carry out FOC, any Warrantable repairs necessary, and if the repair time is expected to be long, then at their costs, to provide a Loan Vehicle.
Regards, David.
