It should share the parking light fuse, but if they arent working its more than likely the safety switch that turns those lights on when you place the car in reverse, is bad, its often located under the dash near the steering column, its also called a transmission range switch, it can have a loose wire or just be bad, i would check that out first

SOURCE: reverse light not working
There is a sensor that connects to the light shifter which tells the car when it is in reverse. It may need to be replaced. You can remove it and check it with an ohmmeter or voltmeter to see if it is good or not.
