Question about 2002 Lincoln LS
Push the back seat cushion toward the rear of the Taurus.
Position the back seat cushion at a vertical angle, and then pull it out of the vehicle
Pull the tab on the side of the rear seat to lower the back part of the seat. Remove the seat bolts with a 10mm ratchet or wrench. There are four bolts in all: two on each side.

Remove the seat cushion retaining bolts, detach the seat cushion and remove it up and out from the vehicle.
Remove the rear seat back retaining bolts at the bottom of the seat back. Pull up then out to disengage the upper frame from the hangers and remove seat back from the vehicle.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
