dont think its computer,but you have one for engine and another for abs/trac and then body computer, scan engine codes and go from there,hope this helps.

if you have a REAR WHEEL SPEED SENSOR CODE
and the sensor did not fix it then you most likely have a wiring problem
or in odd case the EBCM might need to be replaced

Very often on the Bosch systems this is the ABS EBTCM - the Electronic Brake and Traction Control Module. Internal connections break. They are hideously expensive to replace, but there are some places that will fix them on ebay.

It is most likely a module,most of the time they are near the blower motor,maybe mounted to where it will go inside the blower box to keep cool,this controls the fan speeds only
