What is pcm on a Honda accord cooling system the cooling fans are not working and it can be a faulty pcm

First thing to check is the relay under the hood in the fuse boIfpop the lid off and flip it over to see the diagram of what fuses/ relays control what. If it is air-conditioned turn it on and see if the fans start up.if so change the relay and your good.

02 ford explorer 4.0 overheating and suddenly blowing cold air, then hot again while engine runs cool but not long

Most likely you have air trapped in your engine, particularly in the heater loop. You need to properly bleed the air out of your radiator cooling system. The hot and cold blasts of air coming from first hot water followed by air.
Read up on how to bleed air out of your radiator system. Some systems are very difficult to bleed.
If after doing a good bleed of the radiator system the problem returns, you may have a bad head gasket or other leak in your cooling system which is injecting air into the cooling system (radiator/water cooling system).

1997 ford f 250 overheating tried new cluch fan x2 new radiator new thermostate new watrer pump new hoses and new sending unit what now?

Who did the work?
If you did.
Did you bleed the air out of the system?
When you turn on the heater and put it on the high setting does it blow hot then cold.
If so you have air circulating in the cooling system which means an air lock.
Air in a pressurized system does not have a cooling effect so you would overheat.
Try to put your hand on the tail pipe(careful it might be hot) and see if you feel the exhaust sucking your hand back in.
It should have a steady outflow.
If that is the case you have a head gasket or another engine block problem.
Best to you

You must bleed the trapped air out of the cooling system.

A/c unit won't blow cold air

hi there is a belt that drives the air conditioning compressor it rides on a pulley as does the altenator visually inspect the pullies to make shure there is no belts missing if so replace now there is a relay that engages the compressor and also there is a low pressure switch that determines if there is sufficiant gas pressure in the system if the pressure has dropped re leak in the cooling system then you have no pressure to turn on compressor this would let the air conditioning to not work first check to see if you have airconditioning system pressure by looking into glass sight lens if lense is green its got enough pressure if its not green you need to replace gas inside cooling system good luck with project and keep cool
