2003 quest 650 oil pump replacement

Why do you want to? I have yet to see a bad pump, unless they have been run completely dry. Don't waste your time or money on a pump. Replace the engine. Low or no oil pressure is from the crankshaft bearings.

Serve light comes on while driving

There is no such thing as a "serve" light.

If you are too lazy to write a proper and complete description of the problem you have do not expect people to waste their time on you. You are just another stupid fool.

Disable stabilitrak o7 avalanche

Me too--- on my wifes Lincoln Ls

Complete waste-- if your on snow-- you
get the injectors cutting off & rear brakes
slamming on,sorry I ordered that

I have the wiring diagrams & never figured it out yet,
seems too embedded into abs, to isolete from abs

You could command the abs unit open, pull the fuse
& forget the abs until inspection time, haven't tried that
yet

Should water pump, oil pump be replaced at the same time of timing belt replacement? And approcimately how much it cost?

No way! If there haven't been any problems with those parts, don't waste your money. Completely unnecessary. I'm just guessing but it sounds like a shady mechanic is trying to rob you.

1995 honda civic wont start!!

Replace the complete distributor. They are available on Ebay, brand new for a bout $100. or at any auto parts store for a little more. It sounds like the module inside the distributor popped but it could be one of the pick-ups, or maybe the coil as well. Rather than wasting a lot of time and money trying to figure out which one, just get a complete new distributor. It comes complete with a new cap, rotor, module, coil, pick-ups.
These are a very, very common problem.

Rear diffential noise when accelerating

Unless you are experienced in diff gear setup, this is not a job for a do-it yourselfer. You need a torque wrench , dial indicators and experience to set a diff up properly...If not, you will waste your money!!! Usually cheaper and easier to swap complete units, drum to drum...then all you need is to determine exact ratio of the front unit and match it. (ring gear teeth divided by pinion tooth count= ratio )
You may not like my answer, but I'm trying to save you time and aggravation and $.!!!!
good luck
