If fuses are good, check power to the cruise control with multi-tester, voltmeter, or equivelant. If there is power, than the cruise control accumulator is shot.
If there is still no power, the switch is bad.

Where is fuse for cruise control located in 2003 ford excursion

First off, there is no fuse for the cruise control . The cruise is entirely a function of the PCM.
You might change fuse #12 in the engine compartment .

I need to know what fuse controls the windows on a 2000 ford mustang

The fuse must be in the main fuse box. The position and function of the fuses is normally marked on the inside of the fuse box cover and also in the owner's handbook. If you don't come right with these, work your way through the fuses looking for a blown one. To ease your search the windows fuse, it should be around 30 amps.

2005 FORD MUSTANG . CRUISE CONTROL QUIT WORKING

check switches for cruise control, and the electric motor for 'pulling' the cable for cruise control for the throttle body. Check fuse for cruise.

That's all I can think of for, now.

2003 mach1 mustang, no brake lights, no cruise control

Check the fuses, if they are blown, make sure they are the right size. If not, do not use bigger fuses than the circuit is supposed to have. If they are too small, use the correct size. If they are, do you have any extra equipment using the same circuit? Like a stereo or GPS or an alarm system? Move them to a different circuit. Check the relays to see if they are defective. Check all the bulbs to make sure they are the right ones too. Make sure they are in the right way. Check grounding wires, make sure they have good connections.

Cruise control & auxillary power port doesn't work

Possible solution-
There is a recall on the cruise control for the 2005 model. I wouldn't use it unless the problem has been attended to by the manufacturer. It may lead to other problems in the future.
