Drive your Tuson upwards onto ramps or possibly lifts. You can implement a jack, but brace entry wheels so they don't really roll. Set the emergency break to be sure the car doesn't recede.
1- Drain typically the engine oil and eliminate the negative battery connection. Take out typically the timing belt along with the oil pan. Take away the oil screen, your gasket, the petroleum pressure switch, your oil filter clump and gasket.
2- Take away the plug cap in the oil pump perhaps the case with Method 09213-33000. Insert some sort of 0. 32 inch screwdriver throughout the plug hole whereas plugging the left side within the engine block. The screwdriver really should go in at a minimum 2. 4 in ..
3- Pull through the pump made gear, the left counter top balance shaft bolt and therefore the front case mounting bolts. Note the program plans and locations within the bolt. Remove the way it is and gasket and then the two counter balance shafts out of your block.
4- Separate that oil pump protect and gears with the case. Remove the screwdriver on the plug hole and eliminate the pump driven gear and then the left counter stabilize shaft bolt. Take the essential oil pumpcover belonging to the case. Install Brand new Oil Pump
5- Assemble the Water pump and Timing belt and all other assemblies you had removed earlier.
6- Fill the crankcase with the correct level. Start your Tuson engine and check out leaks.

2004 huyndai elentra code po 010

The CVVT (Continuously Variable Valve Timing) system is installed to the chain sprocket of the exhaust camshaft. There is no variation in valve timing of the exhaust cam because the exhaust camshaft is driven by the timing belt. The timing of the intake cam is varied by the relative operation the CVVT vane to the housing. This system helps the engine decrease exhaust gases and increase engine power and fuel economy by changing the valve open/close timing of the intake camshaft. The deviation of the camshaft position from the target point is evaluated during stable driving condition. The PCM accumulates this deviation for a certain period and sets DTC P0010 when the accumulated deviation is too high. The target camshaft position is a predetermineded value depending on engine speed and throttle angle communicated to the PCM. The MOST FREQUENT CAUSE is DIRTY OIL. The NEXT most frequent cause is restriction/obstruction of OIL FLOW to the CVVT unit (oil control valve supplies this). Remove this valve & inspect it for aluminium flashing (bits of metal which might be interferring with the valve's operation). We use Z-MAX treatment to solve this problem at our service center (after changing oil & filter (genuine Hyundai Oil Filter).b0f9f5a.jpg
