SOURCE: Lightning bolt and esp lights

The first thing that you need to do is contact a dealer and see if there are any campaigns out on this car for that issue. You give them the VIN number and they tell you if there are any recalls out. The car has several repair bulletins out for this problem. The esp light means that there is a problem with the electronic skid protection. The lightning bolt means that the computer has sensed a problem and has a code stored in it that can be looked up. If you have no luck with free service at a dealer for a recall then you can take the car to a major auto parts store and see if they can check it for you for free (most do). IT can be something simple or something complex. You might be looking at a sensor like a TPS or ABS.

ESP/BAS light is on and also a red lighting bolt symbol on a 2005 Chrysler 300?

There may be an intermittent vacuum leak.

Inspect the intake manifold, power brake booster, and PCV system for any vacuum leaks.
Inspect the throttle-plate. If the throttle blade is bent or will not close, see if it will straighten using long-nosed pliers, otherwise the throttle body may need to be replaced.
Inspect the MAP Sensor and Throttle Body for damaged seals & gaskets.
Inspect the engine for any mechanical conditions that can cause improper engine vacuum, such as leaking/damaged seals & gaskets, coolant/water ingress.
Make sure there are no loose or missing bolts or blanking plates or cut or damaged hoses in and around the air/fuel intake system, which could cause the sensor to be triggered.
best of luck

2008 dodge charger esp/bas light

If the light is on, that means a trouble code is stored in the computer. Get the code and you'll have a starting point for diagnosis. The fact that it comes back on after resetting means you haven't fixed the underlying problme.

Bas light dodge magnum

Same thing happened to my 2005 dodge magnum. Took it to the shop, we thought it was a computer issue. Flashed the computer and it didn't help. It ended up being the thermostat and some other parts. The shop had to remove the whole front grille to replace a part that went straight through the top of the engine. The part is plastic and had cracked and was slowly spewing coolant all over the engine. The car was basically overheating but so little that it was not evident at first. Once they replaced all of that the lights stopped coming on. Very frustrating to say the least.

BAS/ ESP light on the dash bord stays on all time the car engine is running

The BAS stands for Brake Assist System, don't remember what ESP stands for.
But the first thing to do is make sure the brake lights go on when you hit the pedal.
If not, then replace the brake light switch above the pedal.
If that is not it, it could be many things, such as a bad lateral acceleration switch.
