SOURCE: 1999 Lincoln continential will not start

I would first, change the spark plugs only if they were in the motor, say three years and 50,000. Not just to fix a misfire
Second you can only change a COP Coil, if you have a code or a way of knowing which one is bad. Again, why would you change all of them, when they all now work?
Crank Sensors rarely fail,so what test did you do to determine that was necessary? would you know ,you had a missing coil, if you had no crank signal?
Now lets go from where you are now
Did you check fuel pressure,key-on ,eng off, with a pressure gauge?
Fuel filter fairly new?
Do you have all the ducting from the air cleaner to throttle body on and no vacuum leaks?
Do you have the MAF sensor connected. No signal,no start!!

Let me know what help you need

Replaced coil pack on 3800 pontiac bonneville and its still missing what now?

First you need to determine what type of miss you have. Is it random on all cylinders, or is it restricted to one or two cylinders? Random misfire can be caused by crank or cam sensors that are starting to give out. Single cylinder misfires can be due to plugs, wires, coils (you already addressed those), as well as internal issues such as burnt or broken valves.

One of the points on,one distributor wire;has a black spot on it.will this caulse the car,to not start?

To see if a spark plug wire is arcing, view the wire in the dark while cranking the car. Any visible sparking means the wire is bad.

Make sure computer was cleared from old error. Check or replace #2 fuel injector. Spark plug wires can be replaced individually, you might want to replace #2 wire.

My Father in law has a 2000 lincoln town car, 81K miles, 4.6l, with coil on plug. He says that the car runs great except under load (like climbing a hill) or when it is damp outside, says the car misses....

check spark plug gaps -25th- if wide this will cause the miss ,if they are ok or still the same even after re-gapping then its a coil pack but what one ?? they are not cheap and no a code reader will tell you this information what you need is a induction sensed meter like either a nice snap on timing light if they still exist or a automotive multi test meter .

Low beam head lights and i need to know where are spark plugs

You could find low beam headlights at awrecking yard or at Napa. The spark plugs are in the very top of the valve covers under the plastic protective cover. The two coil packs are located at the front of each valve cover.
