I have a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus. Check engine light came on and it has been just losing power.

Yes, the misses are cutting your power in half. The cylinders in the back half of the engine are not firing. The problem must be diagnosed to estimate repair costs. Possible causes are
1. Injector wiring harness cut or disconnected.
2. Major intake manifold gasket leak.
3. Camshaft slipped timing.

I have listed these in order of cost to repair, so have someone check for these conditions in the order above.

OK I'm gonna try and explain the best I can. my 1992 camaro rs 3.1 is cutting out real bad. it will start right up but when I hit the gas it bogs down. it idles really high. I've changed t

It sounds like a fuel delivery issue, you may have a bad injector. this would cause too much fuel going into engine and cause the lack of power. First try adding fuel injector cleaner to your gas and get the highest octane at the pump, if that doesnt work pull the plugs and look for one that is wet or has higher carbon build up.

I have a 2003 Kia sedona ran out of igas now wont start the code I get say crank posistioning sensor will that cut or cause the fuel pump not to work cause I get no humming from it the code is p0335

No this does not affect the fuel pump. It will affect the spark though. Hit the gas tank in the center a few times. If it starts then replace the fuel pump. Unfortunetly pumps with a few yaers on them will die when ran out of gas. If it doesn't start pull one of the spark plug wires, insert a screwdriver and put it close to the engine. crank the engine and watch for a spark. if there is no spark then replace the crank shaft sensor. before you replace the fuel pump.

My 1998 Cabrio engine keeps cutting out, if I hit 3000rpm in first it cuts, 2000 rpm in second it cuts, 1500rpm in third it cuts. Either it cuts or goes completely dead. Any ideas? I heard it can be the 02...

Fuel pressure problem, O2 does not send info to ECM during accelaration so cant be that, catalytic converter doesn't cause check engine light to come on, try changing fuel filters

When the car is driving it cuts back several times, sometimes if idleing it sounds like it may cut off, what would cause that?

This is the LT1 engine that's used in the Corvettes - I have an LT4 Vette from that year, and may be able to give some guidance here. Please answer some questions for me:

Does the cutting off you're talking about (when driving) happen when you hit the accelerator? Can you go really slow and it works ok? Does it idle relatively well, except when you hit the gas a little? What RPM's does it seem to cut off (driving or idle)? How many miles on the car? Do you drive it daily, if not, how long has it been sitting? Is the car garaged? What maintenance have you/previous owners performed in the past?

Answers to these questions will narrow things down considerably...

Whenever I put the car in "reverse," the engine quits. Why is this happening?

Try these things out:
1. Your not holding the brake all the way down when shifting into reverse,
because when you DON'T, the engine idles a little high, and that can be making it "bog" and die.
2.Your idle speed is too low.
3.Your transmission is causing it to cut the engine out, because of the load, in that case... you might need either more or less transmission fluid.
4.If its a stick-shift, you need to ease off the clutch VERY gently, otherwise it stalls.
and NOT hit the gas, otherwise you'll **** backward and hit something.

The car cuts out if i press the gas to much

You are probably hitting fuel cut off. This is built into the engine to keep you from engine damage.Usually at 3k to 3300 rpm`s.Hope this helps.Good luck.
