Question about Cars & Trucks
You just blew the head on the engine and head gasket as well as possible freeze plug(s). There is test kit that can be built with deep purple die that will turn yellow as it heats up and that means your in deep problems. I could tell you how to fix it for less than $75 as long as you did not blow the freeze plugs. Pour Head Gasket sealer liquid into radiator that runs about $45 and then after running for a bit then install radiator rust prohibitor. It should stay much much cooler. If the head is to far gone then the more expensive head job has to be done. The head has to be machined and then re-installed with new gasket.
