I had this issue when I got one of my Durangos and I had to replace the actual bulb sockets which were readily available from auto parts chain for 5 dollars each. However I would check the 4 way flasher first

You say you replaced turn signal switch, Have you changed the relays for this? Also check chevy recalls as they have had several concerning electrical problems with these cars. The harness can also get corroded as well as the bulb sockets.

Turn signal flasher shot? Turn signal switch bad? Wire harness to turn signal switch (stalk) loose? are all TS bulbs good? Are you sure about fuses? Maybe a loose one, or one that looks good but is not?

Driver side turn signals will not blink.I have replaced bulbs The flasher works

When you turn on your hazard lights, does everything blink OK? If so, that confirms that the flasher unit is working properly, and that the bulbs are OK.

If the light does not even illuminate when you use the turn signal, and the step above showed everything working, then the problem is the turn signal combination switch beneath the steering wheel is defective.

1997 Chevy Tahoe both turn signals stopped working

Sounds like the flasher unit to me. Normally the emergency flasher and turn signal are separate.
