Could be a restricted exhaust, possibly the catalytic converter. Easiest way to test is to drop the "Y" pipe and see if performance is restored. Obviously it will be very noisy when testing.

No power

have the fuel pressure checked as it may be too low at accelerator opening. run fault codes to check for faulty MAP/MAF/VAF sensors.

My 1993 Buick Roadmaster hesitates and jumps going up hills.

Have the fuel pressure checked the fuel pressure regulator valve may be acting up, it should be at 30 psi or greater at idle. It may also be a Oxygen sensor causing the car to run lean on acceleration, if it has never been changed have the primary or bank 1 O2 sensor changed out they should be done every 60,000 - 80,000 miles. If all this has been done there may be a vacuum leak somewher in the system and by the way all vacuum hoses should have been checked during the tune up.

Jetta will not accelerate up inclines.

good chance you have a clogged cat converter ...with engine running have someone rev engine and see how much flow you have out tail pipe. also if you hear the sound of something rattling inside exhaust that is another tell tale sign

Hesitation , skipping, engine cuts out when accelerating

Im having the same issue I believe. I have a 94\' Chevy 1500 and when i accelerate it will jerk like the gas has cut out but it wont stall. It just jerks and slows me down. It only seems to do it when going up a hill. I feel like it could be the fuel pump or possibly some intake gaskets?
