If you have lost the security nut that goes over the nut to prevent theft then use an old socket that just will not quite fit and drive it on with a hammer ,then use t-[bar handle or impact gun to remove . The nut will be destroyed but at least the wheel comes off. IF in doubt talk to tyre shops as the problem is common for them

32PSI is a good rule of thumb. If you want a tad bit better mileage you can run 35-40, but this will cause more tire to wear faster in the center of the tread.

Chevy Cobalt TPMS issue

Most GM cars can be done by holding both lock and unlock buttons on the key fob. The horn will then sound and the you let the air out of the tire. The hot will sound once detected. Start at the left front and then the right front, right rear and left rear. The horn will sound again indicating the procedure has been completed.

Not sure if you are meaning left with the LT. Is it the tires or the brakes? Tires would be alignment/suspension problems. Brakes would probably be a sticking brake caliper.

On vehicles equipped with keyless entry, simultaneously press the keyless entry transmitters lock and unlock buttons until a double horn chirp sounds indicating the Learn Mode has been enabled. The left front turn signal will also be illuminated....Next
  • Increase/decrease the tire pressure for 8-10 seconds then wait for a horn chirp. The horn chirp may occur before or up to 30 seconds after the 8-10 second pressure increase/decrease time period has been reached. Once the horn chirp has sounded, the sensor information is learned and the turn signal in the next location to be learned will illuminate....Next
    1. After the horn chirp has sounded and the right front turn signal is illuminated, repeat step 2 for the remaining 3 sensors in the following order:
    1. Right front
    2. Right rear
    3. Left rear
    4. When the left rear sensor has been learned and a double horn chirp has sounded, the learn process is complete and the RCDLR exits the learn mode.
    5. Ignition OFF, adjust all tires to the recommended pressures. Refer to Vehicle Certification, Tire Placard, Anti-Theft, and Service Parts ID Label

    you will need new rims but if they do it correctly (i.e. change the aspect ratio of the tire to counter act the rim size increase) this will not effect the speedometer.
