Just guessing mind you but I am inclined to be thinking that the engine has a serious internal (terminal) problem.
If the noise is that bad you should be sitting when a mechanic gives you a quote to repair it.

SOURCE: car makes a squeeling / skweaking noise

It is either your serpentine or another belt such as an alternator belt causing the squeak.

This can be resolved by either replacing the belt or making sure the tension is correct.

If it is a serpentine then replacing it will be necescary if it is alternator belt there are ways to tighten it.

Belt dressing is another temp fix for the squeal. the belts become glazed over time and will squeak and chatter spray some belt dressing on it and the squeak will go away for a while.

How loud is the squeak? 1-10

SOURCE: mechanical failure

possible 1 or more fuel injectors failing...best thing to do is actually ohm injector windings and look for 22 ohms(+ or -) of resistance.These fail sometimes as a result of fuel quality especially pertaining to alcohol content in fuel ...anything near or past 10% present in fuel can actuall degrogate the electrical windings inside the injector and causing them not to function ,therefore not providing fuel to its cylinder hence cylinder mis fire missing and extreme lack of power...good luck

Vibration in transmission

I do not know if this vehicle has a torque converter lockup or not, but sounds like it. Does the transmission stop shaking when you go over 65? Some vehicles have a torque converter lockup, which means when the vehicle is traveling at a certain speed in high gear the torque converter "locks" and there is no slippage to the transmission resulting in better fuel economy. if the torque converter doesn't "unlock" when you slow down to say 45 then the engine will "lug" causing vibration. If this is the case you are not hurting anything by driving, just shift to 3 when it shakes then upshift under lighter load, or take it to a shop that replaces transmission sensors.

My car makes loud sound when i drive and the car shakes and vibrates when i stop at a red light and still keeps making the loud stound . any idea whats the problem and how much it will cost me around

Have the sound investigated immediately as from your description it may be a major engine failure in the making. If it is then the fix will be another engine and that will be expensive.;

My car engine makes loud sound when i drive

This could be a number of things and a car is difficult to diagnose from sounds as th nature of it means that the sound does not always come from where it sounds like it is. Try - wheel bearings (usually a high pitched squeal) - Big or little end bearings if the engine has been run low on oil. It is an auto I assume so could be gear box. It could be something really simple like engine mounts and the vibrations of the engine are passing to the metal body as the rubber has come away.

W+Could you possibly video it and post?

98 lincoln navigator loud noise, shaking, high rpm at idle, drive

I don't know how much oil you had to put in but it sounds like you have maybe more than opne issue and both sound major. One is engine reving and speed not picking up sounds like trans problem. Two the engine shaking and making noise and being run low on oil leans toward possible engine damage. If your mechanicly inclined check all fluids and when checking trans fluid smell it. If it smells burnt the trans has been damaged. Check oil pressure and make sure coolant is full.You may have to take it into the shop.
