The Transmission and it's fluid is very important to all cars.
Sorry - Not a good sign/sounds not good.

Leaking is BAD for the ENVIRONMENT. Basically a poison to animals and earthlings. Could be dripping on important "OTHER PARTS OF YOUR CAR." Seek a PRO fast! They have experience and special tests to run - novices can't do this themselves and MOST places in the WORLD - You can't just Lift your car on a ramp and fix your car in PUBLIC PLACES - that is usually against lifestyle codes and your neighbors won't like you very much. GET a PRO To FIX IT! Good luck!

I found pink fluid under my 2004 Prius. What could be the problem?

Does it smell funny? Hard to explain, but transmission fluid has a sort of distinct smell, very "oily" It's usually a reddish or pinkish color. It's darker the older it is typically. If you have noticed that your car is shifting roughly, you could have an auto transmission leak.

This is kinda funny please don't judge me I was

This sounds like you may have broken a transmission line or damaged the transmission pan. the oil has leaked out of transmission that is why it will not move,

Do not start car until you have repaired the leak, running the engine will damage the transmission due to low oil in it,

you will need to add 2qts of transmission fluid then jack up the front of the car and look for the leak, if you do not see it then have someone start the car and look, you will be able to see it leak out, i thing it will end up being the pan, good day.

Tachometer bounces up and down in my 2002 Chevy S10 during fast acceleration. Truck has been in the shop for a week. Rear outer seals and bearings replaced, left rear axle replaced, serpinten belt...

My guess would be the transmission bands are slipping. This would cause what you describe. First check the transmission fluid and make sure it is full. Check it according to the instructions in your owners manual. If you only had an issue with the tach I would suspect a loose ground wire, but considering the transmission is acting up you more than likely have a transition issue that is just being reflected in the tach.

How do i get break light on dash to go off? and how do i disconnect the onstar ? mine has been turning on and off acting funny like there is a short in it?

Depending upon the number of miles on your brake pads and wear on your rotors, your master cylinder may be low on fluid. Check the sight level of the master cylinder, if it is low, add some fluid, then keep an check it regularly to ensure that it was just wear on the pads and rotors that caused the fluid to be low, and not a leak.

The car lost all gears, like flipping a switch, while driving. Was not slipping or acting funny, fluid level is fine and so is the color of the fluid.

i'm guessing this is a automatic.i would scan the computer for codes and follow the trouble tree for those codes. if no codes you will need a pressure gauge for the trans, to test the line pressure.may have transmission valve body leak, front pump failure may be time for a transmission over haul.hope this helped to guide you in the right direction.

1991 Honda del Sol Overheating and funny idle

The idle problem kinda sounds like the IAC (Idle Air Control) valve on the intake manifold. Another idea is maybe coolant temp. sensor. And if it's leakings coolant still after replacing all those parts then i would say maybe the water pump is leaking since i believe on those motors its by the timing belt which is behind the plastic cover on the motor so maybe that's why you're not seeing fluid so much because it's in there. Hope some of this helpes, good luck.
